Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Bifloral Silk Flowers (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website www.bifloralsilkflowers.com and all services related to the rental of artificial floral arrangements for weddings and events in Cancun andd Riviera Maya, Mexico.
By requesting a quote, confirming a booking, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Our services
Bifloral Silk Flowers provides high-quality artificial flower rentals for weddings and events, including:
Delivery and pickup.
Setup and takedown (when included in the package).
Styling within available collections.
All floral items remain the property of Bifloral Silk Flowers and must be returned in their original condition.

3. Reservations and payments
Reservations are made via email at sales@bifloralsilkflowers.com.
A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the deposit or full payment agreed upon.
Payments are accepted via Mexican bank transfer, Stripe, or Wise.
All prices are listed in American Dollars (USDd) unless otherwise specified.
Clients are responsible for any international transfer or banking fees.

4. Changes and cancellations
The deposit to confirm the date is non-refundable
Booking changes (collection, quantity, colors, or venue) may be requested up to 45 days before the event, subject to availability.
Cancellations made after that period are non-refundable.

5. Delivery, setup, and pickup
Delivery and pickup times will be arranged via email.
The client must be present to receive and sign for the rental items.
Rentals must remain at the agreed location and may not be moved without permission.
Late returns, missing items, or damages may incur additional charges.

6. Proper use of rentals
Clients agree to handle all floral items with care. Please avoid:
Cutting, altering, or wetting the flowers.
Using open flames or heat sources near them.
Exposing them to heavy rain or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.

7. Liability
Bifloral Silk Flowers is not responsible for:
Delays or damages caused by third parties, traffic, or weather conditions beyond our control.
Slight color variations due to lighting or screen differences.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this website (images, text, logos, and catalog designs) is the property of Bifloral Silk Flowers and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

9. Photos and content usage
By sharing photos on social media that feature our floral designs, you grant Bifloral Silk Flowers permission to repost or share such images, always crediting the couple, photographer, or venue where possible.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, and any disputes will be resolved before the courts of Solidaridad, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

Shipping & Returns Policy
At Bifloral Silk Flowers, all orders are processed and confirmed via email. All floral collections are personally delivered, installed, and picked up by our team at the event location in Cancun and the Riviera Maya, Mexico.
Delivery Policy:
Deliveries and pickups are coordinated directly with the client via email.
Delivery times and locations are confirmed 15 days before the event and once full payment has been received.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, hotel access restrictions, or force majeure events.
Returns Policy:
Since our service is based on the rental of floral items, no physical return is required.
Deposits are non-refundable once the date is confirmed.
Cancellations made 6 months prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund, as stated in the invoice or service agreement.
No refunds will be issued for full cancellations made within 6 months of the event date.
We are not responsible for any hotel restrictions or changes in their policies regarding the use of artificial flowers.
Damages:
Clients are responsible for the care of all rented items during the event. Any lost or damaged items will incur an additional charge equivalent to twice the rental price of the damaged or lost item.
