We know planning a wedding can be overwhelming, and choosing the perfect flowers is no exception. Here are the answers to the questions we get asked the most — so you can feel confident about every bloom.
What are silk flowers?
Our silk flowers are premium quality artificial flowers that look just like fresh blooms. Each one is carefully hand-picked to achieve an incredibly realistic look, perfect for destination weddings!
They photograph beautifully, withstand the Caribbean heat and humidity, and stay flawless all day long.
In which resorts are you a preferred vendor?
We’re proud to be on the preferred vendor list at several resorts in the area!
This means that if you’re getting married at one of these resorts and choose our services, you won’t have to pay a vendor fee. Contact us to find out which resorts we work with.
How does the rental process work?
We have two service options available:
1. Delivery and Pickup
This option is perfect for smaller orders, such as bouquets, boutonnieres, or a few centerpieces.
You choose your favorite items from our catalog and place your order via email.
We will send you a quote, and a 50% deposit is required to secure your items. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your wedding.
The flowers are delivered 1–2 days before the event in boxes, directly to you, outside the hotel lobby or entrance.
You can ask a friend or family member to set everything up and repack it after the event.
We’ll pick up the flowers 1–2 days after your wedding.
2. Setup and Takedown
This option is great if you’re looking to make the most out of your budget and rent multiple arrangements, such as aisle flowers, floral arches, flower walls, large centerpieces, candles, etc.
You choose your favorite items from our catalog and place your order via email.
We will send you a quote, and a 50% deposit is required to secure your items. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your wedding.
On the wedding day, our team will go to your venue to set everything up and return afterward to take everything down.
Personal flowers (like bouquets and boutonnieres) are usually delivered a day before and need to be returned once the event is over.
Before booking this option, we recommend checking with the hotel or venue to confirm their policies for external vendors and artificial flowers.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend booking your florals 6 to 8 months before the event.
What is the payment policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 15 days before your event.
Can I make changes to the quote after paying the deposit?
We know plans can change! You can adjust your order up to 15 days before your rental date. After that, we’re unable to make changes or accept cancellations, as your flowers will already be in preparation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 15 days or less before the event are subject to a 100% fee, as the date and flowers have been reserved exclusively for you.
What is your damage policy?
Clients are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the rental period. If an item is lost or severely damaged, a replacement fee equal to double the rental price of that item will be charged
Can I customize my bouquet or arrangements?
Yes, we can customize our arrangements to match your event’s color scheme and style, as long as we have the colors and / or flowers . Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we’ll work together to create the ideal look for your special day.
Do you have a minimum order?
Only for our setup and takedown service. Please contact us with your date and venue, and we’ll provide the details.
Can I purchase my bouquet?
No, our products are for rent only (except cake florals).
